As someone who has family in the US, I’ve had the opportunity to visit often and for the past 18 years, I have been fortunate enough to travel to the USA at least once every year.
Along the way, I’ve worked as a guide and interpreter, and as a full-time blogger and travel writer. I’ve also had the privilege of working with many tourism boards and writing for several magazines.
One of my favorite ways to explore the USA is through road trips, which allow you to experience the vastness and diversity of this amazing Country firsthand.
My husband Aldo and I have spent quite some time in Florida over the past decade, enjoying its stunning beaches and vibrant cities.
Hawaii is another destination that holds a special place in our hearts, having been part of our months-long honeymoon.
And when it comes to celebrating special occasions, there’s nothing quite like Las Vegas, which we’ve visited numerous times over the years.
It has been my favorite birthday spot for quite a while now: we have nothing like Sin City in Italy!
But as much as we love these well-known destinations, we also have a passion for discovering hidden gems and getting to know the locals.
